Hi Edna,

I found this letter to be a helpful method of checking in with my students on a regular basis, but wasn’t unbearable for (most of) my students and myself. There might be updated information and forms in the Important Documents section: http://www.37stars.org/important-documents-0910/

I originally got this idea from the website: http://thedailycafe.com

Thanks,
Matt
