in Homework, Video Examples

(1) PJs

(2) Reading Record

To Do List:
(1) Choose ten words from your PJs. In your PJs use these ten words to write ten sentences. In order to get full credit:

  • Sentences must be interesting (“I like cake.” will not be accepted.)
  • Capitals and correct punctuation are used
  • Words are spelled correctly
  • Lines are skipped (Write on every other line.)
  • A box is put around each PJs word
  • Writing stays within the red margin lines
  • Writing is small and neat (Printing or cursive is OK.)

I will be looking for creative and thoughtful work! Can you make this into a story? Can you make this into a song? Can you write so that…?
(2) You need to be reading at least 30 minutes each night. Record the book you are reading (title, author) and a short summary (who? what? where? when? why?)
